Description: This therapeutic option utilizes nature and gentle movement as a refreshing alternative to meeting through the screen. Spending time outdoors is scientifically proven to lower cortisol levels, reduce anxiety, and improve overall mood. While maintaining a pace that is comfortable for you, the purpose of this practice is designed to stimulate the brain and relax the body. As always, your confidentiality remains the top priority. We will discuss an agreed upon location and develop a plan for how to handle encountering people you may know and select routes that provide the necessary level of privacy for our work.
